You remember that time

You remember that time

You stood in the sea

Tall as a wave

Calm as a rock

I remember that time

I stood in the sea

Tall as a wave

Calm as a rock

No - - that never happened

You have never been

In the water

Only dry land

Well, each night, walls crumbled

Waves made me a road

Slow, the sky slept

Water drank me

I remember the time

I stood in the sea

Tall as a wave

Calm as a rock

Went to Brighton for the weekend.  Travel definitely broadens my perspectives and gives me room to breathe. The little shops in the Laines, especially art supplies: Pen to Paper and Clarkes, the sight of the sea, blank walls and some distance from piles of work – all amazing ways to get some clarity and a tasty meal with fun decor and the cutest dog in town, at The Witchez.
